Reports to:                                Voice Support Lead

 

The Voice Support Specialist – Tier 1 is an entry level position. Responsibilities include answering calls from customers to open support tickets, basic troubleshooting and following up with customer to ensure issue has been resolved.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering Calls
  • Creating support tickets with as much detail as possible
  • Basic Troubleshooting (resetting phones, passwords, name changes)
  • Report critical issues to higher tier support
  • Callbacks and Updates of Incidents when needed
  • Closure of tickets with customer
  • Follow up with Carriers/Partners

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written (English).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and fast paced conditions.
  • Strong team player, ability to contribute to a team

 

 

Qualifications

  • Basic technical knowledge.
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Good Communication (English)
