  • Directing and overseeing the hiring, training.
  • Dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.
  • Strong communicators with skills in writing and public speaking
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Create and run referral bonus programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or masters’ degree in related field.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 Years of relevant work experience.
